Promotion is based on the whole years performance, which includes the unit tests, half yearly and the final examination. To be eligible for promotion the following criteria must be met: *Pass % - English 40% & other subject - 35% (Must not have less than 75% of class attendance)

Absent in the examination means failed, no special examinations will be conducted. Absence due to sickness must be met with valid medical certificate. The results will be declared at the end of the school year which is final. Request for reconsideration of the result will not be entertained after the result is declared.
